3.2 Rules for sharing projects:

3.2.1 Collaborative Community:

3.2.2Share Your Projects:

To share your project, please navigate to your “Service Projects” page and click on “Share & Rewards” for the project you wish to share.

3.2.3 Earn Rewards:

After sharing, you'll accrue coins that can be redeemed for exciting Mystery Rewards.

3.2.4 Flexible Editing:

Freely tweak and refine your posted projects at your convenience. You have full control to start, pause, or resume sharing your projects.

3.2.5 Earn Commission:

When someone (other than yourself) places an order for your project and it's marked as "Completed", Elecrow will expresses gratitude by rewarding commissions. 3.4 Your Rewards:

3.4.1 Registration Reward:

Register as a new user and fill in your profile for the first time to get Coins and Coupon.

3.4.2 Project Sharing Reward:

Sharing both profitable and non-profit projects, can be rewarded with Coins.

3.4.3 Project Purchase Reward:

After the profitable project is purchased, project owner can get the Commission.

3.4.4 Elecrow Sponsorship:

a. Users who have placed manufacturing orders: Elecrow will invest certain projects after evaluation. Users can get corresponding commission or official investment bonuses.

b. Users who have not placed manufacturing orders: for non-profit projects enjoy great popularity, after Elecrow verified their feasibility, Elecrow will invest them and put them into production as well as sale. However, if these projects are not producible, they can be rewarded with coins.

c. For projects by college student organizations, associations, tech geeks and other electronic enthusiasts, they can be sponsored through coins reward or production sponsorship after evaluation.

3.4.5 Official Task Rewards:

a. QA Reward: By answering technical questions, users can get rewards.

b. Reward Missions: By participating Elecrow activities, such as design contests, project development contests and so on.

4. Elecrow Service:

4.1 About the Elecrow Project Community Service

4.1.1 Elecrow.com (“Site”) is an integrated platform developed and managed by Elecrow, Inc., offering manufacturing services and electronic products. After registering in Elecrow, users are allowed to purchase products at Elecrow online store, discuss and share ideas at Elecrow blog and forum, and joining Affiliate Program, etc. Elecrow is committed to building a full-featured platform integrating production and technical information sharing, providing more convenience for Makers. On this page (Share Projects Page), videos, tutorials and other resources are provided to create a sharing and communication community for open source hardware developers and technology enthusiasts.

4.1.2 By accepting this Agreement, the User can use the services of the Elecrow Project Community, specified under section 4.1 ("Site).

4.1.3 The use of the Site does not require the mandatory activation of an account, however, the use of the Share Projects Services requires the activation of a personal and unique user account.

4.2 User Accounts:

4.2.1 If a User creates an account, a unique user name and password (“Account Credentials”) will be associated with it.

4.2.2 The User must take all necessary measures to ensure that the Account Credentials are treated with the utmost confidentiality and the User assumes liability for any loss or damage to Elecrow and/or third parties as a result of the failure to comply with the aforementioned confidentiality obligations. The User undertakes not to disclose the Account Credentials and the information accessible through the Account Credentials and undertakes not to allow others to access the Platform, the Services and the Premium Services through the use of his or her Account Credentials or in any way through his or her Account Credentials. If the User becomes aware of unauthorized access to his/her account, he/she must change his/her password and notify us immediately at (email).

4.2.3 The User must provide Elecrow with true and accurate information when creating an account (and when updating the data) and, in order to ensure the security of the account, the User undertakes:

a Not to provide false information;

b Not to create false or duplicate accounts;

c Update their personal information whenever requested to comply with the provisions of this Agreement;

d Not share or transfer account credentials;

e not adopt any name as a username or ID for their account that violates the law or the rights of a third party (in which case Elecrow shall be entitled to suspend the registration or the Account until such time as the critical aspect arising with regard to the aforementioned name is resolved).

4.2.4 If User does not verify the Account, by clicking the confirmation link sent by email during the registration process, the relevant Account will be deleted after one month of registration request.

4.3 User Obligations.

4.3.1 The User acknowledges that the use of the Services and Premium Services in accordance with the Agreement is essential for the proper operating of the Platform and for the use of the Platform by the other Users. Hence, when creating, modifying and publishing contents, including but not limited to softwares or libraries, the User must comply with the provisions of this Agreement. In dealing with other Users, Users shall abide by principles of good faith, truthfulness and fairness in dealings with the other Users.

4.3.2 The User will use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement and for the purpose of using the Services, and undertakes not to:

● Transfer or resell the right to use the account to others;

● Use the Site, the share services or do purchase if the Account have been temporarily or permanently suspended;

● Provide Elecrow with false, inaccurate, misleading or harmful data;

● Transferring an account or transmitting account credentials to a third party without Elecrow's prior written consent;

● Spread viruses, malwares or any other technology designed to harm the Platform, the Site, the other Users’ devices, to breach Elecrow’s rights or the rights of other Users, to compromise the proper implementation of the schemes of the open source license used by the Platform, or in any way to hinder or disturb the use of the Services or the Premium Services by other Users;

● Copy, modify or distribute the content of the Platform, Services, Premium Services or proprietary information belonging to Elecrow and/or others (without prejudice to what provided for by the terms of the open source licenses applicable to the softwares, if they are accessible through the Platform);

● Use any mechanism, software or procedure which may interfere with the proper operations of the Platform;

● Circumvent instruments prepared by Elecrow to ensure the security of the Platform and prevent intrusions or access by unsolicited automated users (e.g., robots, spammers, spiders);

● Upload to the Platform or in any way communicate or send through the Platform to other Users content (text or graphic content or any other type) which is offensive, vulgar, violent, false, contrary to law, or in breach of third parties’ rights;

● Copy, download, duplicate, distribute, disseminate or in any way use images, distinctive marks, text and content belonging to Elecrow or in any way found on the Platform;

● Export any information outside the Platform, aside from those cases expressly governed by this Agreement and without prejudice to the rights granted by the open source licenses used by the Elecrow community.

4.3.3 Elecrow reserves the right, without prejudice to other remedies, to limit, suspend or interrupt the availability of the Sharing Functionality or the User Account and to take technical and legal measures (including the removal of unlawful content) to prevent the User from violating the law or the Agreement, if Elecrow believes, in its sole discretion, that the User's actions may result in a technical problem, legal liability, or a breach of the provisions of this Agreement.

4.3.4 In order to maintain the Platform functionality at optimal and safe levels, User can report technical issues using the contact details below (Contacts).

4.4 Commission:

4.4.1 Commission proportion: 10% for PCB, 3D, and Acrylic projects.And 5% for PCBA projects due to increased component and welding fees. All do not include freight and discounts

4.5 Content Review:

4.5.1 The User grants Elecrow a non-exclusive, unrestricted, transferable, sub-licensable and irrevocable right to use the content published and/or updated on the Platform as well as to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish and create derivative works, to use the content in any way and for any purpose to display it publicly throughout the world and to use a username or nickname associated with the content. If the content is software created by the User under a Contributor License Agreement, such content shall be subject to the terms of the Contributor License Agreement.

4.5.2 The User is responsible for the content published on the Platform and/or made available to Elecrow, and undertakes that it will not be published, uploaded or otherwise made available to the public through the Platform content:

● False, illegal, misleading, defamatory, libelous, threatening, offensive or in any other way contrary to the law and public morals;

● Offends users in the Elecrow community;

● May constitute, encourage, promote or incite illegal behavior;

● Violates patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights (also referred to as licenses or licensing schemes, open source, GPL, Creative Commons or other standards used by the Elecrow Community) or any other intellectual or industrial property rights, as determined by Elecrow in its sole discretion;

● Third-party promotional content or other brand advertising contents;

● It is at Elecrow's sole discretion whether or not the posted content exists in any way that publishes content unrelated to the subject matter of the Community;

4.5.3 The User represents and acknowledges to release any publication, use, modification, deletion and usage of the content by Elecrow and/or its successors and assignees and waives all complaints or claims in respect of the content (without prejudice to the terms of the Contributor License Agreement).

4.6 Copyright and IP Policy;

○ Copyright Policy:

4.6.1 All content on the Elecrow Platform (including, but not limited to, text, images, video, audio, software, code, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws in relevant countries/regions.

4.6.2 No content on the Elecrow Platform may be copied, modified, transmitted, reproduced, published, displayed or otherwise used by any person or entity without authorization.

4.6.3 The copyright of all content posted on the Elecrow Platform belongs to the original author or copyright owner and can not be used without his/her permission.

○ User Responsibility:

4.6.4 Any Content posted by Users on the Elecrow Platform must comply with intellectual property laws and must not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents or other rights of any third party.

4.6.5 Users must not publish, distribute or make available any infringing content on the Elecrow Platform, including but not limited to pirated software, pirated graphics, pirated videos, etc.

4.6.6 Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of other Users and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other Users on the Elecrow Platform.

○ Infringement Complaints:

4.6.7 If you believe that any content on the Elecrow Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit an infringement complaint to us through the designated contact information (e.g., email, online form, etc.).

4.6.8 Upon receipt of an infringement complaint, Elecrow will investigate and deal with it as soon as possible, and take timely and appropriate measures in accordance with the Platform Policy, including but not limited to deleting the infringing content and terminating the services of the infringing user.

○ All rights reserved:

4.6.9 All trademarks, logos, domain names and other commercial marks and their designs on the Elecrow Platform are the exclusive property of Elecrow and can not be used without authorization.

4.6.10 Users are not allowed to use Elecrow's trademarks, logos, etc. for any unauthorized commercial activities, including but not limited to publicity, promotion and sales promotion.

○ Support property rights:

4.6.11 Elecrow respects the intellectual property rights of all Users, and while we support and encourage Users to share original works on the Platform, we will also actively protect Users' intellectual property rights.

4.6.12 If Users find that their original works on Elecrow Platform are infringed by others, they can submit infringement complaints to us through the designated contact information, and we will deal with it and safeguard Users' legitimate rights and interests.

4.7 Account Cancellation;

○ Logout Procedures:

4.7.1 Users may cancel their accounts on the Elecrow Platform through a specific cancellation procedure after logging in.

4.7.2 The cancellation procedure requires the User to confirm via email, and the account cancellation will be completed within 7 business days after the confirmation.

○ Inactive Accounts:

4.7.3 Elecrow will have the right to close an account if the User has been inactive for 24 consecutive months.

4.7.4 Prior to closing an inactive account, Elecrow will notify the User in advance and give the User an appropriate opportunity to perform an active operation to avoid the account being closed.

○ Breach of Agreement:

4.7.5 Elecrow will have the right to suspend a User's account if the User violates the rules of using the Elecrow Platform or the relevant terms of this Agreement.

4.7.6 Prior to canceling an Account, Elecrow will notify the User in advance with a description of the breach and, if appropriate, give the User an opportunity to correct the error.

○ Data Processing:

4.7.7 When a User's account is suspended or closed, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted

4.7.8 For comments and posts made in forums, Elecrow will anonymize the Users by deleting all personal data that identifies the User to protect the Users privacy.

4.8 Other:

○ Agreement Changes:

4.8.1 Elecrow reserves the right to modify this Agreement by posting new versions on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, all new terms of this Agreement shall automatically take effect ten days from the date of publication on the Platform.

○ Transfer of Agreement:

4.8.2 Elecrow may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or parent company.

○ Privacy and Personal Data Protection:

4.8.3 Users' personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement, available at Privacy Policy

○ Other:

4.8.4 Headings are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this Agreement.

4.8.5 The failure or delay of Elecrow to exercise any right under this Agreement does not waive further exercise of that right. Elecrow's rights and remedies under this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive.
