What is the Crowbits-Collision Sensor?
The Crowbits-Collision Sensor is a digital input module, it is based on the collision component, which has a high sensitivity and can detect any collision movement.
How does it work?
lThe main component of the collision sensor module is a collision switch, which has a little lever and activates when something presses it. The interface of the collision sensor module is a digital interface, it outputs logic low-level and high-level two states.
1. When any collision happens, the collision switch turns on, then, outputs a logic high-level signal.
2. When there is no collision happens, it will output a logic low-level signal.
Use cases
An example for a collision sensor would be a room entrance detector. You can put the collision sensor right behind your door, and if someone will open it - It might trigger the sensor which can later trigger something else such as an alarm. Anything that could hit or touch the collision sensor will cause a trigger which can be a great way to develop your own project into something more interesting!
